As Campaign Operations Teamlead I'm responsible for the qualitative and professional campaign management and trafficking of digital campaigns within a team of 19.
What I do:
Lead, develop and implement Ad Operations processes, systems and best practices
Build, manage, train and develop the Ad Operations team with a strong focus on motivating and retaining talent
Ensure flawless execution of trafficking, delivery, reporting, billing, and overall campaign management
Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to ensure superior customer service
Work closely with the ad product and engineering teams to define advertising products from the ground up and to provide feedback on campaigns and our ad platform
Serve as the primary point of escalation for troubleshooting and resolving campaign delivery issues and requests related to advertising tracking, tagging, attribution, ad serving, data and reporting
Manage all Ad Operations vendor relationships - this includes communicating platform capabilities and limitations to internal stakeholders, assessing our current vendor relationships and more.
