While studying I work 20 hours a week at Annual Insight. At Annual Insight we leverage the power of publicly available data to provide strategic advise to C-level management. My responsibilities consist in performing market research, engaging in workshops for clients and assisting Junior Analysts.
With my fellow Directors at de Kleine Consultant we were responsible for the day to day operations and business development of the Utrecht branch with approximately 20 consultants. Furthermore my portfolio consisted of the acquisition of new projects and the establishment of new partnerships.
The responsibility of the Project Manager consists in leading a project and assigning tasks to the consultants in the team. Part of this was keeping in contact with the different relevant stakeholders and collaborating with the coach from A.T. Kearney. Finally it is the Project Manager's task to assist the individual consultants in their personal development.
