This research reports the pre-adoption of a virtual agent to increase employee productivity as part of an information system. More Specifically, it will be to present the phases of emergence of the idea of such a product using needs assessment in the organization. The research question is the following: How to improve the production of values in our organisation with the help of AI? The objective of this research is to develop a method to achieve the built of a virtual assistant in line with the company's strategy, without any specific technological consideration. Anticipate the barriers that influence pre-adoption and highlight the drivers to deploy an innovation solution with the same issue that this such of object may have in the market. Based on exploratory, qualitative and quantitative researches and interviews in the specific area of chatbot, my result shown that without a business model in place to develop the tool, it will have no benefits.
