HR Business Partner – 900 Employees - Worldwilde Alstom Thermal Power – Nuclear Business / Headquarter (Paris area, France) Main activities: • Responsible for the Nuclear Heat Exchangers Product Line located at Levallois, Baden & Wuhan • Manage global communities “Quality & HSE” • Deploy in coordination with Sector HR Projects (engagement survey, Dedicated to excellence…) • Compensation & Benefits support (Bonus, Salary increase, lump sum) • Drive People Management Cycle processes (definition of processes, Job Descriptions, Annual Appraisals…) and support management and employees in the implementation • Define trainings plans and support deployment (including e-learning) • Lead recruitment activities and Mobility issues • HRIS Management (PeopleSoft): define, maintain & develop data accuracy • Headcount reportings and KPIs (Monthly, Quaterly, Forecast, Budget) Team member of fire first intervention squad and first-aid worker
