- Administer fleet management policies and procedures pertaining to the procurement, utilization, maintenance, and disposal of all Bechtel and third party assets.• Coordinate all rigging activities direct lifting supervision, documents preparation, periodical rigging gear inspection and certification and records log.• Provide financial analysis, such as lift cycle costs of equipment acquisition options to make the best operating and financial decisions.• Work directly on due diligence projects to ensure accurate inventory and equipment valuations along with evaluation of maintenance practices and procedures and the capability of their fleet management and shop personnel.• Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
