After earning her bachelor of science in industrial technology from the University of Houston, Teresa Bailey-Weirich completed postgraduate coursework at the University of St. Thomas and the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Teresa Bailey-Weirich began her career with a role as senior property and facilities manager with the PM Realty Group, where for a decade she oversaw real estate portfolios consisting of more than 2 million square feet of property for institutional clients like Prudential Insurance and Bank of America.
Over the next 20-plus years, Teresa Bailey-Weirich managed assets and projects as a vice president with JP Morgan Chase Bank, developed retail strategies and market analyses as a vice president with Wachovia Bank, and directed real estate planning and business relationships as a senior vice president with Key Bank. She now oversees more than 350 retail branches as a senior vice president with a major American bank.
Outside of the professional arena, Teresa Bailey-Weirich supports multiple charities, including the Wounded Warriors Project and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and attending concerts.
