Areas of Expertise • Preparation of financial statements in line with the provisions of IFRS. • Management reporting including strategic analysis. • Preparation and monitoring of Budget. • Preparation of start up business plans including finance, inventory and HR SOP’s. • Formulation of strategic, long and short term business plans.
