Perform and document preventive hygiene risk assessments to ensure the microbiological quality of raw materials, semi-finished bulk and finished products
Perform routine analytical on-line testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to ensure that finished beverage product meets quality standard.
Monitors and records Brix, CO2, Acidity (TA) and net content as required and make proper adjustment as necessary to ensure product quality within Pepsi specification.
Test finished product and final package for quality parameters. Analyse and respond to results as needed. Initiate root cause analysis with team members to identify and implement corrective action.
Utilize and calibrate a wide variety of laboratory equipment including a Carbo-QC, Denstometer, Refractormeter, Torque tester, Degassing, Top load, pH meter, etc
Manage all the quality system activities and analyses in the lab, as well as all laboratories' materials
Lead lines sanitation and deep cleaning duties as needed and ensures proper sanitation and cleaning of production lines before start up and during production.
