As a C-suite advisor, I focus on each company’s unique goals and challenges, dig deep to understand their workforce realities, and create strategies to enable performance. I lead global cross-functional teams of deep functional and technical experts (and lots of AI-agents!) to help clients delivering their talent agenda, accelerate their digital roadmap, and establish a more modern HR function.

A computer engineer, with post graduate diploma in IT, and an MBA graduate with distinction and top of the class honours, I bring along a unique combination of strategic insight and technical expertise.

With more than 26 years leading change for multinational, multi-operational organisations, I have significant financial acumen and expertise in both operations and production.

I remain passionate about understanding workforce trends and helping clients think differently about how HR can deliver value back to the business.
