Responsible for creating a new MOL Group Loyalty Program reporting initiative, setting up a reliable and efficient KPI measurement system for management purposes, and providing ideas related to system changes during the summer project through regular meetings and team discussions.
The aim of the project was to simplify and make the relevance of the loyalty program more understandable and measurable in order to create value for the company, and make the potential strategic decisions easier for the group management.
