While working as Cycle Count person, the essence of the job contained to revise whole base stock current condition either connected with regulation of quantity, or verifying P/N & S/N, expiration date of the items.
Did daily, weekly, monthly or fully stock check and monitoring for critical items which were suspected because of inaccuracy of physical balance, exceeding of expiration date, mismatching P/N & S/N in maximo up physical ones. If any gap arose during load out, goods locating, inspection and backload process immediately reported responsible and relevant persons to eliminate extending the gap anymore.
Presented a successful implementation of insightful, interactive report data, in parallel working on inventory field of maximo.
As a Cycle Count person was responsible to observe and convoy the work of external audit companies inside ASCO SPS. Provided correction of data and mistakes discovered during verification of the operation, validated the accuracy of the submitted data.
