Supervision of the store , providing training to new employees;
•Multidrop deliveries using company vehicles,
• Issue stock items required for projects to mechanics and operations personnel, as required.
• Demand planning for tooling maintenance (PPM/RGR) in collaboration with relevant Asset Management / Life of Field team
• Ensure works are administrated correctly in SAP and document control procedures are adhered to
• Ensure equipment ‘need by’ dates are met to support the operation schedule
• Administrative quotations /MOC’s/WO’s for customer orders
• Liaise with relevant Purchasing groups to expedite on-time delivery of ordered goods/services
• Monitor I&C spares & consumables quantities and usage to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
• Data recording for installed asset-base, in collaboration with Subsea Supervisor
• Location and delivery status of Project scope of supply for Customer
• Inventory of all delivered materials, onshore & offshore
• Operational availability of equipment & spare parts in line with operational schedule
• Record defective deliveries and report to Workshop Supervisor, and update PO's accordingly.
•Liaise with freight forwarding companies & internal logistics department on the importation/exportation of materials & equipment
•Maintain shipping register and files In accordance with standard operating procedure for the working location •Prepare Materials Movement Forms (MMR) for international export cargoes
•Goods booking in/out, stock checks, creating PR's and orders, Checking all certification packs delivered with goods and reporting any issues to Procurement and Document Control Team,
•Arranging TPI/QC inspections,
•Improvements in warehouse/yard storage and materials used for storage / packing shipping;
•Creating work permits, risk assessments,
•Delivering projects to workshop for build and testing and then to the Clients (national and international shipments including Air Freights);

•Cutting costs of the products used and introducing energy saving plans into warehouse;
