  • • Provide advisory and reporting to Area Director.
    • Provide leadership and vision for ICT department include strategic planning,
    information security, operational policies, procedures, standards and best
    practices.
    • Manage and motivate cross cultural team of over 35 engineers & technicians
    within 4 fields Systems, Networks, Security and Applications.
    • Full Budget responsibility of the ICT department, create financial forecasts,
    outline expenditures and adjust budget when necessary.
    • Develop business opportunities and reply on IT/Telecom RFPs for external
    clients.
    • Participate on developing the global RFPs of the company.
    • Manage ICT projects within the company and work with Project Managers on
    goal attainment.
    • Chair department steering meetings and control plan to ensure continuity of
    information systems support and goals achievements.
    • Manage relationship with business partners, evaluate, negotiate and manage
    third party relationships.
    • Assess new innovative technologies, mission critical systems, security,
    communication and ICT continuity.
    • Resource management, Manage junior managers, Evaluating the performance
    of different teams and smoothing out areas of conflict
    • Handle recruiting and hiring new staff and manage their training programs
