I am a junior French engineer, recently graduated, looking for a career in the renewable energy sector. I am willing to travel worldwide.
I want to get involved in the growth of renewable energy, either helping with development of new technologies or getting involved in renewable energy devices deployment projects. I am looking for a job that offers a good balance of onshore desk based job and offshore practical actions.
Please contact me if you require more information about me and my professional aspirations.

Detailed Description
Scottish Enterprise selected Aquatera in February 2015 for a tidal energy related research, development and demonstration project to transform a catamaran barge into a cable laying mother-ship. I joined this project 2 months before the cable laying trial dates. As a project engineer, I had to communicate with the suppliers of the hired cabling equipment to collect all the data necessary for shipping, proper sea fastening and use of these equipment. Before that my task has been to develop a tool used to record the cabling operations. The trials shown that it worked but required more engineering to be a very powerful tool.
After this project, I have been involved in the development of 4 methodologies to deploy a barge in Indonesia. We created multiple methods as a contingency because the communication with the teams on the deployment site was complicated, we were not getting any feedback on our methods. We had to cope with what equipment was available on site. The project has been completed for an isolated woodchip factory in West Papua, Indonesia.
More recently, I have been asked to organise and execute two ADCP surveys. I have also been involved in the deployment of a sonar system to monitor the SME PlatO device that will be deployed soon in Orkney.
