Global Advisory Process (Digital): This is the new Global Advisory Process which would be implemented as a part of digitalization initiative. It plans to simplify and automate most of the manual and old processes for digitalization and future use in automated advisory process. a. Bespoke Strategic Asset Allocation Tool: It will automate the current semi manual process and implements a new optimizer in-house for the asset allocation calculation. b. Wealth Simulation: It provides a new user friendly UI which demonstrates user how his investment journey would be. It shows the simulation of his wealth could behave in future. It also demonstrates the worst historical loses and the details about each event. It is more of an educational tool for the clients and RMs. Role: Solution Architect & Technical Project Lead. Portfolio Review App: This is a native iPad application for Relationship Managers to conduct client meetings for advisory process related reviews. Review App integrates Advisory Process, INVESTnet (Portfolio Management), Product Buffet, iOpt (Portfolio optimization) and many other related applications using RESTful services. Role: Solution Architect Tasks: System Design, writing Technical Specification (SAD), coordination with different stakeholders, manage offshore development, supporting program management. General Purpose Workbench (GPP & CAWB): This is single point of entry Workbench/Portal for WM/PB Client Advisors (RMs). It integrates many other Frontend applications to provide various functionalities to the Client Advisors. This Portal uses a custom built JavaScript framework for Client Side integration of the Frontend applications. It uses IFrames and JavaScript Events to handle the inter-communication and integration. AIDA: This is a Dashboard application, which integrates all the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools like Quality Center, JIRA, Bugzila, etc. and provides a single Dashboard view to user. It uses Spring MVC and RESTful Services.
