Planning, preparation, and coordination of Live Sites Sochi 2014 project (fan-zones with staging, sound, and video equipment, organized in different cities of Russia, broadcasting of London 2012 Olympic games online): • Planning and supervision of entertainment program on Live Sites, ensuring proper and scheduled task management • Cooperation with relevant departments in governments of participating cities. • Cooperation and coordination of all working groups in every participating city, supervising events at flagship Live Site in city of Sochi • Close working relationship with technical partner – Rostelecom. • Cooperation with the supervising department in IOC. • Proactive work with potential project sponsors. • Managing project’s website content.
Planning, preparing and coordinating “The Medals Plaza” project: • Cooperation with relevant functions in Organizing Committee. • Preparation of project documentation for tendering process for choosing contractor.
Detailed Description
Key Accomplishments: • Live Sites Sochi 2014 had successfully worked in 16 large cities of Russia, broadcasting London 2012 Olympic Games. Live Site venues were visited by more than 700 thousand people country-wide to watch London 2012 Olympic Games online on large screens.
