- Development of 66 units of shop-offices consisting of 16 units of 3 storey shop-offices, 50 units of 2 storey shop-offices and 1 unit of TNB substation at Muadzam Shah, Pahang Darul Makmur.
- Upgrading works of High Dependency Unit (HDU) at Hospital Ipoh, Pekan Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan.
- Development of Rumah Mampu Milik Sebanyak 972 Unit Rumah Pangsa Serta Kemudahan, at Mukim Plentong Johor Bahru, Johor
- Renovation works at Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia (JPPM), Putrajaya
