- Provide technical consultation and expertise to client/contractors on mechanical and electrical works and design for all types of development.
- Attend design & coordination meetings.
- Preparation of design drawing, tender documents, bill of quantities and contract documents.
- Periodical site inspection and progress evaluation on M&E works.
- Project planning, site investigation, preliminary design and cost estimation on electrical and mechanical works.
- Testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical works & equipment.
- Troubleshot & resolve electrical and mechanical site and design issues.
- Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Implement and ensure works are in compliance to contract specifications.
- Preparation of design calculations, drawings and reports as per authorities requirement and guideline

2.Extension, upgrading, refurbishment and interior fit-out of existing office block to 5 storey hotel at Kajang.
3.Construction of 3 storey 24 unit semidetached house and 3 storey 12 unit town house
4.Upgrading of existing sewerage pump station to sewerage treatment station at Bukit Antarabangsa for Indah Water Consortium (IWK
5.Construction and completion of Primary and Secondary Private International School (Phase 1), comprising Block A – Administration, Block B – Academic and Library, Block C – Multipurpose Hall, Guard House and Semi Basement Carpark at Bandar Bukit Puchong 2
6.Construction of mix development (Phase 2) which contains:
A) 6 blocks of shop office (73 units) 3-6 storey
B) 1 block of office (85 units) 5 storey
C) 1 block of commercial 2 storey
