Company Description
The Global Steering Group for Impact Investment (GSG) is an independent, multi-sectorial global entity catalyzing impact investment and entrepreneurship to tackle the world's pressing social and environmental challenges. The Group was established in August 2015 as the successor to and incorporating the work of the Social Impact Investment Taskforce established under the UK’s presidency of the G8. The GSG currently has 17 member countries plus the EU, as well as active observers from leading network organizations. Chaired by Sir Ronald Cohen, the GSG is a unique collaboration between pioneering investors, philanthropists, civil society organizations, businesses, governments and entrepreneurs to identify priorities, deliver initiatives, raise awareness, and advocate for the development of a dynamic global ecosystem for impact investment as a key enabler of innovation, entrepreneurship, and capital to deliver impact at scale.

This is a mission role based in India to push the Impact Investment movement worldwide to its Tipping Point by 2020.
