  • With the intent of bringing half a billion Indians in the main frame economy, Paytm Payments Bank started it's operations in India.
  • The wallet piece of Paytm naturally transitioned from One97 Communications Ltd to Paytm Payments Bank (as per PPI guidelines of RBI). The corporate alliance team also moved internally along with this to bank.
