An accomplished real estate development professional in Woodmere, NY, Stuart Bienenstock brings more than two decades of experience to his position as the director of business development for Triple Five Group in East Rutherford, NJ. In his leadership role, he guides real estate and business development matters in NY, NJ, and elsewhere for one of the world’s largest property management and development firms. With a primary focus on the aviation and aerospace industries, Stuart Bienenstock identifies financing opportunities and joint equity venture alternatives while managing all stages of the real estate development process.
Mr. Bienenstock holds an MBA in real estate from Columbia University. Prior to joining Triple Five Group, he held a number of leadership roles with financial and real estate development companies, including serving as founder and partner with SJB Capital, a senior vice president of commercial lending with Bank of New York, and an assistant vice president of risk and technology with HSBC.
