I am passionate about supporting clients during their mental health and personal growth journey-whatever that may entail for each individual client. I have completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology and I am a qualifying member of CRPO. I practice Internal Family Systems therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Students gain both a theoretical understanding and the clinical skills required to help clients successfully navigate their challenges with mental health and/or addictive behaviours as they begin their journey to wellness.
