I am passionate about supporting clients during their mental health and personal growth journey-whatever that may entail for each individual client. I have completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology and I am a qualifying member of CRPO. I practice Internal Family Systems therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Concurrent disorders, a term used when a person has both a substance related disorder and a mental health disorder.
