I am passionate about supporting clients during their mental health and personal growth journey-whatever that may entail for each individual client. I have completed a Masters in Counselling Psychology and I am a qualifying member of CRPO. I practice Internal Family Systems therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Conducted weekly psycho-education training session with adults and teens form a variety of backgrounds and education levels. Provided individual support to individuals experiencing adverse life conditions and transitions. Organized seasonal events and retreats.
