An experienced labor relations manager, Steven Manasco has earned post-graduate degrees in business and law from Columbia Southern University and the St. Louis University School of Law, respectively. Prior to that, Steven Manasco earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Maryville University and played on the school's baseball team for four years.

Steven Manasco worked as a part-time package handler for United Parcel Service during his time at Maryville and remained with the company until 2012, during which time he assumed a variety of positions.
