A respected authority on leadership and organizational transformation, Steve Zaffron co-wrote the book The Three Laws of Performance: Rewriting the Future of Organizations and Your Life. In this book, Zaffron and David Logan explore what underlies strong organizational performance. Steve Zaffron’s expertise in this area is the result of 25 years of experience as CEO of the Vanto Group, which he cofounded in 1992. A San Francisco-based firm with offices throughout the world, the Vanto Group provides a diverse array of consulting services that aim to improve organizational performance and agility.
Prior to cofounding the Vanto Group, Mr. Zaffron served as senior program leader and executive at Werner Erhard and Associates in San Francisco. In this role, he maintained responsibility for training all program leaders and the design of courses and programs.
Outside of work, Steve Zaffron is a multi-instrument musician who enjoys playing in jazz ensembles. Also involved in charitable giving, he contributes to The Hunger Project and Goodwill Industries.
