My teaching philosophy: Some people see teaching as merely selecting and presenting the right material. I don’t. Each time that my students become more proficient in speaking, writing, and reading English, I see it as a potentially life-changing event for them. They are receiving a key that could potentially open many more wonderful and unforeseen opportunities in the future. Teaching, then, is most definitely a sacred, honorable and virtuous profession to be in. One that makes me feel useful, honored and humbled at the same time. In this pursuit - and in the service of our excellent calling as educators - I bring all of my talents, experience, communication, creativity, dedication, passion, and courage.
