Responsible of investigating and monitoring all reported Human Rights violations in a war-torn and politically-tensed province.
Duties included monitoring of the judiciary as a whole (court, police force, prisons, etc), investigating politically-motivated assassinations, tortures, illegal arrests and detentions, inspecting the prisons, spot visits at the police stations and court. etc.
