Continuous improvement is the driving factor of my personality. In addition to that, my curiosity leads me to a very wide range of interests and need to get to the bottom of it and get involved. This reflects in my personal interests, such as travelling, sports, art, and my frequent involvement in social organisational committees. As part of the CEMS business project together with a team of 6 I researched the digital consumer journey of millennials.
After mapping the digital consumer journey together with my team I succesfully created a digital marketing strategy for Durex in Spain. The proposed strategy combined the results from our researchwith the brand's core competencies to effectively target millennials online.
As Team Coordinator I was the person responsible for all communication between the team and the company.
Conducted 4 months on-site research in China for European multinationals and SME’s, and 1 month desk research.
Before going on-site my team and I succesfully ran a 9 months acquisitions period, in which we managed to acquire 12 independent large contractual company-specific research projects.
Our carefully selected team was trained by leading consultancy firms, including McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Roland Berger and other companies such as Procter & Gamble.

I conducted an efficiency analysis for NTS, a Dutch high tech firm in the semiconductor industry. Together with my partner we achieved to improve the efficiency of the logistics, planning & production, quality control and sales departments processes. We came up with better solutions saving thousands of euros yearly, and we initiated the implementation of our solution.
