Client Interaction - Engagement with clients to understand their HR processes, requirements, and challenges. Providing expertise and guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities and best practices.
Implementation and Configuration - Implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Global HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and configuration of the system to meet client's specific business needs and requirements.
Assisting clients in data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.
Customization and Testing of the Oracle Cloud HCM environment to ensure that the configurations and customizations meets the business requirements.
Providing training and support to the client's HR team and end-users.
Project Management of timelines and deliverables within the scope of the implementation project. Coordination with various stakeholders, including client teams and internal technical teams, to ensure successful project execution.
Recommendation and implementation continuous improvements and best practices in HCM processes and systems.
