Selected to be 1 of 10 Vietnamese for a fully-funded 6-month-program between Vietnamese and Cambodia students, worked and lived with people coming from 5 different nationalities.
Planned and implemented 2 community projects in Cambodia and Vietnam with other 20 members in a team (taught primary students, executed construction work, renovated classrooms at made a cement fence).
Learned more about conflict resolution in a group, learned how to give constructive feedback, how to work with people from diverse background, how to be really empathetic and compassionate. All of these experience provided me essential tools for working well with a team. http://sarusprogram.org/
