  • I was hired on the technical side of the company. I was in technical support. I checked if the material received was in line with the one ordered before it was marketed. During my work, I was used to using some software such as outlook which is the platform on which we managed our emails. I also used OrderMax which is the software to place all orders. I used Excel as well and obviously the basis software such as word and power point.
    I also helped the company to improve employee efficiency and increase organizational efficiency. I also made job offers updates on the company's website. I checked the authenticity of the orders we receive before they leave our local to be used by users. And finally, I also trained the new employees who had just been hired.
