Entering, coding and processing all invoices, refunds, check requests and staff expenses
Preparing and performing electronic transfers and payment runs (BACS, CHAPS, cheques, direct debits)
Handling internal and external inquiries – Deal with supplier account queries via telephone and email, and resolve queries promptly
Setting up and maintaining all Suppliers accounts
Review payables ledger monthly to ensure no debit balances and aged items
