Videoly is a fast growing technology startup based in Helsinki, Finland. The company developed its own software that finds product related videos on the internet and automatically embeds them to its customers product pages within the e-commerce industry.
I belonged to a three person team responsible for controlling and reporting the financial within the DACH region. Daily and monthly activities included preparation of the weekly and monthly reporting schedules for internal management. Individual tasks included monitoring of SAP based standard costing, support in month-end closing, working on Ad-Hoc requests, preparing weekly reports for management and overall supporting to control department.
Circulating between teams conducting audit on various industries, in example: global production, investment banks, real estate and compounds. I experienced to work with different teams in a fast paced international environment. I also experienced to be responsible for my own customers already after a couple of weeks with the company.
I belonged to a four person team responsible for ordering, selling and distributing spare parts to the represented brands throughout Finland. I experienced customer service both in person and over the phone.
