Leadership of a project which aimed to improve aluminum gravity casting process. Study of the factors that influence the mechanical and aesthetic quality of the products in cast aluminum, with which a viable solution for the case was found and validated.
Development of a ferrous matrix dry self-lubricating material containing MoS2 as a lubricant phase, produced by the Powder Metallurgy. Worked with metallography, interferometry, dilatometry and tribology.
