Frank is a growing technology startup providing student benefits and student cards.
Managing and developing customer service
Taking initiative: supporting the 7-member team with varying projects (e.g. promotions
at fairs, maintaining a group of beta-testers, updating CRM)
During my time we also created Frank App, the first digital student card in Finland.
