Arrange flight tickets reservations in concordance to the requested trip dates, and timing of hotels check in and out
Intermediate between clients and embassy's in order to support for visa letter issuance or any necessary needed documents to facilitate the visa process
Travel with the groups we handle as quality control in order to supervise handling process by the supplier's side and be in direct contact with our clients so as to solve any problem and be in the group service to arrange any request on land
