• Build and drive budget (5 consecutive years of achievements above target budget).
• Define and implement the commercial offer according to the regions (prospect, negotiate, conclude).
• Contribute with steering community to build new regional structure (JV, partnership, logistic, administration and human resources) to provide adapted service solutions to local needs.
• Initiate with the legal department, contracts and compliance documents to protect company’s interests.
• Implement Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and sales process (300 customers).
Goal: French market launching with an asthma diagnosis medical device.
Clients: Health experts (Lung specialists, Paediatricians...), clinics and hospitals private and public. • Adapt the offer according to the French health market (actors, regulations, reimbursements).
• Develop communication tool to drive sales force.
