My name is Shafira Saravina and I am 25 years old. I graduated from Industrial Engineering Department, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) with GPA 3,16. I’m good at communicating with people. I always thrilled to make connection with other people. I have a great skill at presenting and have a good comprehendsion in English. Furthermore, I have a passion at writing and I am a fast learner, responsible, honest and easy going. I also a kind of person who can work independently or as part of a team. I am focused, hard worker, and loyal.
Lead a team consists of administration staffs and customer service officers to achieve customer satisfaction and good administrative system. Plan, control, and responsible for service strategies in accordance with company policy to provide satisfactory services to customers.
