Sergio Garcia joined Chicago Real Estate Leaders as a sales manager in 1995. He continues to operate in this role today, specializing in the sale of commercial and residential real estate properties that have been foreclosed on by a local or national bank. Working with properties throughout the country, he has dealt with foreclosed properties in all 50 states, though he remains particularly involved in Illinois and Indiana.

Mr. Garcia studied theology at Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana. After graduating from the school with a bachelor’s degree, he began his teaching career, instructing at the college level for three years. Despite launching a successful real estate career, he has continued to function as an instructor. He currently teaches a marriage Sunday school class at his local church, which is affiliated with Hyles-Anderson College.
