As an Account Manager, I love to improve processes, team building and find bottlenecks where to increase productivity & rentability. Working in a global leading Social Media agency, I am also totally convinced that combining creative content ideas with smart paid media targeting will drive business results to the client.

As a Master in Marketing Communications (ULB), I have developed some affinities with different aspects of Communication, more particularly with cultural and social phenomenons..

Furthermore, being of a curious, intuitive and dynamic nature, my double Bachelor degree (law and communication) has enabled me to acquire a rigor and a certain way of working.

  • Day-to-day project management on major clients: Nespresso, National Lottery & Fanta.
  • ATL & BTL campaign management (TVC, OOH, digital display, social content).
  • Review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Datas Management : reports to clients the results of their social media presence through detailed reportings.
  • Reports to the Senior Account Director, providing regular input on all accounts activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • QC of all the FR content created on 40 international & Belgian brands.
  • Generating content for clients that is in line with the tone of voice of their brand (FMCG & Travel).
  • Program and post the content on the different social media channels Creative use of movies, visuals, links,…

  • Manage the advertising on the social platforms & developing of a long-term strategy in agreement with the client.
  • Report to client on a monthly basis with an overview of the communication stream and reactions as well as the analytics behind the page.
  • Competitive research, brand management, dotcom manager, branded content, webmarketing, databases, feedbacks for websites & apps, community management
  • Benchmarking, Groupon deal analysis, deal evaluation/specific market, Salesforce (database) handling, contracting, negotiation, deadline management/organization, deal publication
  • Community management for Unilever, Webveille and MEC. Benchmarking, finding relevant information for the launch of Mindshare Belgium site, ADview/ADstat databases
  • Press releases, reporting, contact client, databases
