Organized school events and led a team of 6 teachers to initiate and organize the 1st marketing campaign competition for over 200 students to propose entry strategies to China for a Scotland biscuit company. It was reported on the local newspaper and written as a case study on Scotland National Language Centre.
Communicated and coordinated with heads of different departments for facilities and venue planning.
Received the reward of “outstanding Chinese teacher” by the Confucius Institute.
Analyzed and monitored the financial statements of clients and did daily records and monthly reports.
Worked closely with the investment manager to manage and secure 200-300 valid clients, each with an asset of around 600,000 SGD; 10 VIP clients, each with an asset of around 400,000,000 SGD.
Independently proposed the customized personal wealth management proposals and investment strategies for clients.
Maintained partnerships with Tianjin International School to secure foreign volunteer resources for weekly English corner in the university
Organized 4 big festival events for over 100 participants with a limited budget and a short timeline. Responsible for budgeting and resource planning, stakeholder’s management, task assignment, implementation supervision and emergencies resolution.
Designed 5 innovative games in a team of 4 volunteers and interacted with 30+ children in a local kindergarten; assisted and developed their mandarin language skills.
Formed a team with 2 international and 8 local students to discuss and plan day-to-day inter-culture immersion activities in 3 local kindergartens in 2 months.
