In my positions for Rocket Internet I have had the privilege in gaining practical experience in all functional areas of the business and lead teams up to 80 people.
As a person I am flexible and easy going, and can effortlessly connect with people from all levels and backgrounds. I appreciate honesty, and getting straight to the point. I am always full of energy and value a positive atmosphere in my team. I inspire the team, bring energy levels up and get people aligned. Jokes, laughing all important, as long as we are working towards a common goal and do whatever it takes to get to results.
I love to analyse and understand complex, unstructured problems and situations, and break them down to simple and solid solutions that work. Furthermore, I love to travel, meet new people, and play football on a competitive level.
As my last project was in a African Travel agency, i'm more than happy to consult you on your trip to East Africa.
Also i'm open to discuss co-develop business ideas in developing countries.
