  • Close to the Project Director, I led teams (from 2 to 12 people) to manage any purposes from validation to deployment or upgrade migrations on NetCentrex platforms in Orange group (worldwide).
  • 3 new production platforms (100k business users each) and 1 Disaster Recovery Platform.
  • 12 features upgrades were validated and performed, 70 fix packs were applied in 3 years.
  • 20 platforms were tracked in configuration management (production, customer labs, internal labs).
  • Business solutions were mainly licenced by enterpises sites count : 10k Centrex Sites + 20k Business Trunk Sites were deployed.

  • Managed technical activities, contributed in prioritizing and scheduling, controlled execution (PMI processes application)
  • Provided expertise in change request studies (anticipation, technical design, rollout process, effort estimation, planning)
  • Qualified tickets, prepared answers and fixes (CRM follow-up and team assignments) with strict configuration management
  • Managed technical risks ; issued acceptance reports ;
  • Technical customer referent on production crisis
