Sebastian Olguin Sørensen

My studies, experiences abroad, and student jobs has left me with a profound knowledge about diversity, creativity as a problem-solving tool and high sense for details.

When employed I take initiatives, keep myself occupied and take pride in providing solid, useful work finished to deadline. Working in teams, I act democratic yet striving to obtain the goal of providing useful material. Therefore, I automatically seek responsibility if non is taken before me. Furthermore, I expect to develop new skills and form new useful experiences from my workplace and co-workers, as it is important to continuously evolve, strengthen and test one's skills.

I seek to confront assignments with the entrepreneur's mindset, to work agile and to involve all team members (if such exists) from the start of the project to secure ownership in the proces and commitment throughout the project phases.
