A veteran recruiting professional with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Scott Robarge has founded or cofounded two recruiting firms with a focus on the needs of companies in the information technology field. The first, established just before the dot-com boom of the late ‘90s, grew from three to 13 people during his tenure. The second, Another8, matches talented professionals with newly established and mid-stage technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Scott Robarge and his team offer a relationship-based network that pairs skilled job candidates with fast paced companies that match their interests.
Before founding Another8, Scott Robarge served as an executive recruiter and senior consultant for a variety of innovative companies, including Greylock Partners, AirBnB and Dropbox, to name a few.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Scott Robarge leads an active lifestyle through running and cycling. A fan of the outdoors, he snowboards and skis regularly. He holds a bachelor of science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and proudly supports the Michigan Wolverines and Detroit's professional sports teams: Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Pistons and the Detroit Lions.
