Scott Bushley

After establishing himself as a financial analyst in San Francisco, Scott Bushley relocated to Boston, where, while studying for his master of business in finance at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, he operated in a similar capacity in the Alternative Investments Division of Atlantic Trust, which has since rebranded as CIBC Private Wealth Management. In 2007, Scott Bushley embarked on a career that would last for more than a decade with BNY Mellon Investment Management, where he ultimately spearheaded multibillion-dollar global distribution and operational processes.

Since parting ways with BNY Mellon Investment Management as its head of business operations in 2018, Bushley has functioned as a partner with the Boston hedge fund Granite Point Capital. As such, he oversees financial- and office-management activities in areas that range from information technology to human resources. In addition to managing internal operations, Scott Bushley works with third-party service providers, responds to external broker requests and is responsible for securities operations.
