I am currently pursuing the last year of the CEMS Program in International Management, jointly between Bocconi University and HKUST Business School. My academic journey, which took place among three different continents, Europe, North America and Asia, will be successfully completed in August 2018. From high-school I actively started to put great emphasis on excelling in both academics and professional work. All my experiences shaped my competitive and hardworking personality, while developing a strong set of soft skills which I believe are fundamental across all sectors.
Co-headed the project launch team determining customer acquisition strategy and formalised the marketing plan by organising 5 events with a total budget of € 100k.
Mapped customer profiles through data analytics, defining the target users and identifying the natural brand ambassadors, leading to the structuring of a new customer acquisition project
Monitor merchant’s acquisition processes, directly engaging in research, negotiation, contract and final set-up with them.
