I am currently pursuing the last year of the CEMS Program in International Management, jointly between Bocconi University and HKUST Business School. My academic journey, which took place among three different continents, Europe, North America and Asia, will be successfully completed in August 2018. From high-school I actively started to put great emphasis on excelling in both academics and professional work. All my experiences shaped my competitive and hardworking personality, while developing a strong set of soft skills which I believe are fundamental across all sectors.
Improved risk management and compliance management, analysing both investment funds and wrap accounts under different legislations (UCITS, AIF, PIF and MIFID), with total worth of € 500mln.
Supervised the in-principle approval process for a € 100mln fund, defining the road-map with the Maltese regulator (MFSA), while scrutinising Prospectus, KIID and Memorandum together with the management team.
Mapped pre-trade and post-trade adjustments necessary for Amagis to comply with MIFID II requirements.
Worked with the CRO to develop a cyber security consulting service, supporting with in-depth research and data gathering.
Co-headed the project launch team determining customer acquisition strategy and formalised the marketing plan by organising 5 events with a total budget of € 100k.
Mapped customer profiles through data analytics, defining the target users and identifying the natural brand ambassadors, leading to the structuring of a new customer acquisition project
Monitor merchant’s acquisition processes, directly engaging in research, negotiation, contract and final set-up with them.
Managed a team of 5 people consulting a German leader in the beauty care industry developing its market entry strategy in Italy, with focus on distribution chain and competitive landscape supported by primary data gathering
Evaluated the Italian Asset Management industry landscape for Deloitte Luxembourg, delivering a 50 pages white paper addressed to the industry-leaders
Supported the turnaround of a € 7mln NGO by restructuring the accounting system and rationalising the marketing strategy.
Drafted a market analysis for a € 2bln e-commerce firm aimed at analysing its competitive positioning.

Hong Kong Talent Night: co-organised the initiative with selected 60+ participants from top universities, contributed by finding speakers and sponsors, setting up operations and marketing the initiative among the FinTech ecosystem in HK.
