I have been working in the Hospitality industry for the last 14 years and my love for it has allowed me to work in bars and restaurants all over Australia. I have held many different positions in the industry from casual table waiting to high end silver service and from pouring pints to making specialty cocktails and recommending quality wines. I am used to working in high energy venues and love to do so. I have a natural ability to lead and feel I possess great people skills which enable me to easily relate to people from all walks of life.
Mix cocktails and various other beverages, train staff, co-ordinate breaks, rotate stock, stock take, order stock, ensure correct staffing, oversee daily running of main bar and poolside bar.
